Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Before returning a product, please first let us know that you would like to return your order by contacting [email protected].

The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the customer.

Damaged Parcels

If the parcel you have received is damaged, please notify us via e-mail within 5 working days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund or replacement. Photo evidence will need to be provided. Please allow 3-4 working days for us to respond to and complete the enquiry.

Exchanges

If you have ordered one of our t-shirts and require a different size, the item will need to be returned to us before a new t-shirt is released to you via standard delivery (3-4 working days) service. Please contact us within 14 working days to qualify for an exchange.

Refunds

If you have changed your mind about your order and wish to return it, please return the item/s to us in it’s original condition within 28 days of delivery.

Please ensure the item/s are returned to us within this timeframe to the below address to qualify for a full refund. Please note, we are unable to refund the postage value.

Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned goods. Please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Bespoke or personalised products do not qualify for returns and refunds.

We will not refund or replace orders where you have provided us with an incorrect or invalid delivery address.
